What started as 200 recipes all stem from a deep connection with the city and its inhabitants, from a creativity inspired by people's desires, and from the search for the finest ingredients in a region that knows how to cultivate excellence.

The creative heart of Brera welcomes De Santis at 24 Via Mercato. The sandwiches that have been telling Milan's story since 1964 feature select ingredients, bold combinations and a cellar that ranges from Italian excellence to French maisons to “New World” vineyards.
